Roger Bacon St. Vincent de Paul Conference

Answering Christ’s call, we foster hope by providing spiritual, emotional and material assistance on a person-to-person basis to the poor, lonely and forgotten in our community.

Roger Bacon has one of the few high school SVdP Conferences in the Cincinnati area. The guiding principles of the society are spirituality, friendship, and service. Students meet to pray, discuss the impact of service in their lives, and plan programs and events to help their neighbors in need.

RB SVdP Conference members hold drives to collect food, clothing, and household goods. They sponsor the RB Spirit Wear Thrift Store to provide gently used uniform and spirit wear items at a low cost to RB students and educate their peers about poverty through opportunities such as Poverty and Pizza. All funds raised support the efforts of the Cincinnati SVdP.
