Evening for Excellence

Our 38th annual Evening for Excellence (EFE) will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at Roger Bacon High School in the Fogarty Center. Ticket sales have concluded!

Doors open at 5:30 PM. Below are a few helpful details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening. Please feel free to share this email with anyone attending with you.

Parking

As you know, with our ongoing construction (almost complete 😊), parking is limited around campus. We appreciate your patience! Thankfully, this is the last year we’ll have to say that, as our expanded backlot parking will be ready by next school year!

• Handicap Parking: Available in the Friars Club lot near the practice field. A concrete ramp provides access to the building, along with an elevator.
• Backlot & Side Streets: Available for general parking. Enter the Fogarty Center through the breezeway from the backlot on Leonard Ave.
• Front Circle Parking: Enter through the main school entrance, proceed up the main stairs, and follow the path through the building to the breezeway.
• Friars Club Parking: Both the original and new Friars Club lots are available. Their events are expected to wrap up around 5:00 PM, so there may be some brief traffic as guests exit.

Live & Silent Auction Winners

• We encourage you to take your items home tomorrow night if possible. If not, pickup will be available the following day:
• Sunday, April 19 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the Music Room – Fogarty Center

EFE Volunteers needed!

If you are interested in being involved with EFE in any way, we would be most grateful. Help is needed before, during, and after the grand event whether it be preparing baskets and packages, setup and/or cleanup, hosting or attending a gift gathering party, or working at the event. Please consider donating either directly to school or at a gift gathering party. Any and all gifts are welcome: cash, gift certificates, tickets to a fine arts or sporting event, use of a vacation home, private box at an outside event, handmade craft items, lawn & garden products or sports memorabilia. We need auction items in all areas: Basket Boutique, Silent Auction, and Live Auction.
