Alumni Awards Nomination Form
Thank you for taking time to fill out the application for the Roger Bacon High School Alumni Awards. The 2025 Alumni Awards will take place on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Please answer all questions in the form linked below in as much detail as possible for your nomination to be considered.
The four awards presented each year are:
- The Astrolabe Award - presented to a graduate of Roger Bacon High School (prior to 1985) who has in his personal professional and family life exhibited high moral character.
- The Amaranth Award - presented to an alumna of OLA who illustrates Christian principles and Franciscan ideals.
- The Spartan Award - presented to a Roger Bacon graduate from 1985 to the present who has accomplished significant lifetime achievements since graduation.
- The Roger Bacon Award - presented to and recognizes a non-Roger Bacon or non-OLA graduate who believes in and supports the mission of Franciscan education and has given their time, treasures and talent to this institution.
