An Honors program, and journey, unlike any other.

The culmination of the Assisi Scholars Program is a pilgrimage to Assisi and Rome, Italy during the spring of the student's senior year. Rooted in hundreds of years of Franciscan history and tradition, this is a unique opportunity for Roger Bacon students that no other area high school can provide. The Pilgrimage provides students a chance to celebrate and immerse themselves into the history of St. Francis and St. Clare, walking in their footsteps, learning more about their beautiful stories and the formation of the Franciscan order. It is also a chance for students to reflect on their own faith, and build special bonds with close friends that will last a lifetime.
