sParty Girls' Getaway Trip - Nashville 2025

Hey Y’all,

Lasso your Ladies ‘cause the sParty Girl’s Getaway 2025 is taking off for good ole Nashville, Tennessee. The sParty Girl’s Getaway is a Ladies Only Bus Trip that raises money for Roger Bacon High School. We will meet at 9:30am on Saturday, March 1^st at Bron Bacevich Memorial Stadium. The buses will leave promptly at 10:00am. We will return to Cincinnati on Monday, March 3^rd. Our trip will include:

• Charter Bus Transportation to and from Nashville
• Beer/Hard Seltzer Drinks on the bus rides
• Bag of Snacks for each person on the ride down
• Sack Lunch for each person on the ride back
• Hotel accommodations for Saturday and Sunday night
• Hotel offers complimentary continental breakfast each morning

Amid all the fun, we will be raising funds for students at Roger Bacon High School. Raffles/Split-the-Pot/Games will take place on the bus rides.

We are staying at the Springhill Suites Nashville Vanderbilt/West End. To give a reference point, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge is 1.1 miles from our hotel. All rooms are suite rooms with 2 queen beds and a separate living/seating area. Each suite comes with a sleeper sofa in the living area, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Room number assignments will be arranged by the hotel.

To keep costs to a minimum, pricing is set based on a room of four ladies.

Registration:

• Pay $300 and Register as an Individual in a room of 4 OR
• Pay $1200 and Register all 4 sharing a room
