Students Participate in Wreaths Across America

On December 13th, several students participated in Wreaths Across America - a national event that takes place at cemeteries across the country in which wreaths are laid on veterans’ graves to honor their lives and their sacrifice.

Organized by Theology teacher Julie Murray, Roger Bacon students joined millions of volunteers to honor veterans. It was a very powerful experience for our students. As they placed the wreaths on the graves, they offered prayers for the veteran and their families.
