The annual Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative students in grades 7–12. Roger Bacon High School is proud to recognize a distinguished group of SpARTans who were honored for their work in the Regional Awards.
This year, more than 20 RB students participated in the competition, with seven earning either Honorable Mentions or Silver Keys. Their achievements reflect the exceptional talent and dedication of our student artists.
Honorable Mentions were awarded to Katie Cervantes ’27, Lucas Mantovani ’28, Maggie McCormick ’27, Cheryl Nguyen ’26, and Matt Schomaker ’27. Silver Keys were earned by Piper Lowe ’27 and Josh Hamilton ’26.
Congratulations to all of our award recipients. Roger Bacon High School is grateful to have students who consistently impress judges with their creativity, imagination, and artistic excellence.
