Roger Bacon's Uplifting Spartans Group Gathers Students Together to Honor World Suicide Prevention Day

On September 10 - World Suicide Prevention Day - Roger Bacon' students came together to ensure everyone knew how much they are loved. To recognize the day, all students and faculty were encouraged to wear yellow. Then, Student Senate's newest group - Uplifting Spartans - took charge in an effort to spread positive messages around the school building. They had students gather in the cafeteria to create posters with their personal favorite positive affirmations, quotes and inspiring messages. These posters are now spread across Roger Bacon's campus to ensure everyone inside the building knows they have value and are loved!
