Each year at graduation, the St. Francis award is presented to a graduating senior. who best embodies the Franciscan values, striving to live a life of holiness, learning, self-discipline and compassion. Nominated by students and faculty, the recipient must display a devotion to their faith, respect for others and recognizing that all people have value, and a commitment to service, while promoting the pastoral activities of Roger Bacon High School.
We are proud to announce that this year's St. Francis award was presented to Josh Becker!
In his nominations, students and faculty said "Josh is our most active Spartan when it comes to spreading the faith at Roger Bacon. He embodies what it means to be Franciscan and he is continuously making efforts to spread our Franciscan charism."
Congratulations, Josh and thank you for leaving an indelible mark on Roger Bacon during your time here!
