Join us for Roger Bacon's Open House - October 26th, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Roger Bacon High School opens its doors to prospective students and families each year. This is a great opportunity to see the campus fully alive and get a personal tour from one of our enthusiastic Spartan Student Ambassadors.

This year's Open House will be held Sunday, October 26, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Students and parents will have the opportunity to meet and talk with teachers, coaches, club moderators, administrators, our Franciscan friars, and current Spartans. Each tour will showcase our beautiful and historic main building, our state-of-the-art Carol A. Dauwe Fine Arts Center, our Roger Bacon Fitness Center, as well as recent additions like our outdoor amphitheater and the recently renovated Fogarty Center.

Preregistration has closed for this event. HOWEVER, we certainly invite you to join us this Sunday at a convenient time between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. We do anticipate a large crowd earlier in the day. We also have a large construction project currently being build in the center of campus. Due to this, we suggest following the parking instructions below to navigate campus, and thank you in advance for your patience as we get through this project, which will be finished at the end of this school year, and will include a new parking lot!

Parking Suggestions:

Please note we will have plenty of staff members and parents (they will be holding Open House signs) throughout campus to help you navigate all of this!

• Back Parking Lot (4257 Leonard Avenue): There is parking in the back parking lot, and a walkway around the East wing of campus that will allow you to make your way to the front entrance of school. There will be students and staff available to help navigate.
• Front of School: There is a limited amount of parking on the front circle and directly in front of school on Vine Street.
  
• Friars Club (4300 Vine Street): there is parking in the Friars Club lot. For Open House, and visitors will be directed to the stairway leading up from Friars Club, and to the main entrance.
  
• St. Bernard Safety Center (4200 Vine Street): The Village has kindly allowed us to utilize this parking lot for our event. We will have a staff member on hand to direct you to school.
• Municipal Lot (4505 Vine Street): located on the corner of Vine Street and Bertus Street, across from Dairy Queen. A short walk to Roger Bacon’s main entrance.
  
• Bron Bacevich Stadium Parking Lot (68 East Mitchell Avenue): Parking will also be available at the stadium, and we will have shuttles running to the front of school. Roger Bacon is just a short walk, however, and guests may also cross at Mitchell, and take the walkway past the St. Bernard Safety Center into the Friars Club parking lot, and then take the stairs leading up from Friars to the front entrance of school.

We would always love the opportunity to schedule a private tour for your family and student(s), which is the best way to see the culture of the school come to life on a school day, and get all of your questions answered more personally.
