Roger Bacon Gifted $500,000 from Luebbe Foundation

Roger Bacon is celebrating and giving thanks for a major pace-setting gift received for the We are the Good Soil campaign! RB was honored to be presented with a $500,000 check for the “We are the Good Soil” campaign from The Luebbe Foundation!

The Luebbe Foundation has been a longstanding supporter of Catholic education in the area and, in particular, of Roger Bacon. They have supported numerous initiatives at RB including the Assisi Scholars Program, the San Juan Baptista Pilgrimage, and the St. Clare Society - all of which will be enhanced through the efforts of this campaign.

“𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘧𝘶𝘭; 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘙𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘳 𝘉𝘢𝘤𝘰𝘯 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴,” said treasured former faculty member, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗟𝘂𝗲𝗯𝗯𝗲. She was on campus with her husband Jerry, to present the gift on behalf of her family’s foundation.
