Congressman Warren's office is currently accepting application for nominations to a U.S. Service Academy. Applications for the class of 2025 are due no later then October 30th. Application packets can be found here. To assist with completing the packet, and answer questions regarding the process, an Academy Coordinator will conduct a ZOOM conference to outline general guidelines and answer questions. This will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Any student or parent can participate. Contact the coordinator at Sharon.Hughes@mail.house.gov to register.
BSLA is a special summer program for rising Ohio high school seniors who are high achieving, first-generation, rural and/or underrepresented minority students. Students apply for the program during their junior year.
The program gives participants the opportunity to learn more about themselves and others, and how to make the college experience work for them. They will learn about resources that support their success and consider how their leadership style can positively contribute to their college experience.
The Buckeye Student Leadership Academy is hosted by Undergraduate Admissions at The Ohio State University. The program combines five virtual sessions (held June – October) with a one-day, on-campus session.
The program is free to participants.

The National College Match is a college admission and scholarship process through which high-achieving, low-income students can be admitted early with full four-year scholarships to QuestBridge college partners.
To be considered for a full four-year scholarship to one of our college partners, your first step is to submit a free, online National College Match application.
We are looking for high school juniors who have shown outstanding academic ability despite financial challenges. We take a holistic approach to reviewing applications, and we do not have absolute criteria or cut-offs for GPA, standardized test scores, income, or other factors.

The office of Congressman Warren Davidson is holding a virtual Academy Information Session on Wednesday, March 10, at 7 p.m. This is for students interested in one of the U.S. Service Academies: Naval, Military (West Point), Merchant Marines and Air Force.
