Roger Bacon High School is excited to announce the launch of a new online service that will allow you to monitor your children’s lunchtime purchases, track what your children have been eating for the past 30 days, make deposits directly into their meal accounts, and have an email reminder sent to you when an account balance gets low.
Student debit account deposits can be made through ACH payments or by credit card. Each child’s account will be updated nightly so that account balance information and payments will be current as of the following day.
In order to take advantage of this convenient new service, you will need to create a parent account. This requires you to:

Note: A parent account can be linked to many children, but a child can only be linked to one parent.
We urge you to take full advantage of this system by making deposits into your children’s accounts on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. You are free to choose the amount of each deposit. Any money that is not spent by the end of the school year will be available the following school year. We encourage you to communicate with your students regarding the spending and what balance they have on their account.
**Please note: If a student's account is in arrears more than $50, he/she will not be permitted to buy the "special" for the day until their account is brought under $50, but they will be able to purchase a bagged lunch.
Please be assured, we will never send you away without lunch.
While we will provide a lunch to every student, you and your families need to maintain a positive balance on your lunch account. If you would like to add money to your account or if your account is in arrears, you can make payment to the school through the following methods:
- Cash, check or money made payable to "Roger Bacon High School"
- Online payment through the online portal described above
You can bring cash or check (we encourage a check), and bring it to the cafeteria in the morning or during flex. Parents are also encouraged to use the online method or bring in cash or check themselves to the business office in the main office.
A “special” includes: a choice of hot entree, Italian sub sandwich, turkey sandwich, salad bar or peanut butter and jelly uncrustable sandwich; two vegetables; two small fruits; and milk. The cost for the “special” is $4.00. All items listed must be on the tray to qualify. All of the “extras” – chips, nutrigrain bars, rice krispie treats, juice boxes, etc. are NOT included in the “special” or in the free or reduced lunch program. This info is outlined on the dry erase boards as your student enters the lunch line on each side of the cafeteria.
** If you have an incoming freshman or transfer student, they will receive their student ID number when they pick up their IPad from school.
