What is the Institutional Advancement Office?

The Institutional Advancement Office coordinates the fundraising and communications efforts of Roger Bacon High School. Working with the Board of Trustees, the President and the Principal, the Institutional Advancement Office develops short and long-term plans which assure the financial stability of the school and provide a constant flow of funding to support the annual operating cost of each student’s education as well as income for special projects to augment and enrich academic programs and school facilities.

Fundraising events organized by the Institutional Advancement Office include the Evening for Excellence Dinner Auction and the RB/OLA Alumni and Friends Golf Tournaments. Volunteers are an integral part of the work of Institutional Advancement and are involved in many programs and events.

Additionally, the Institutional Advancement Office orchestrates several donor and volunteer recognition events, including the President Principal Reception and the Alumni Awards Banquet.

Where is the office located?

The Institutional Advancement Office is located on the southwest side of campus in the house to the south of the circle drive entrance. To visit us, please park in the lot behind the house and proceed to the front entrance of the building.

When is the office open?

The Institutional Advancement Office is open year round. During the school year, the office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During the summer, the office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are also open on in-service days and closed on most school holidays.

How do I update my contact information?

Current Families and Students: Obtain a Change of Address Form from the Main Office of the school. Complete the form with all applicable changes for address or phone numbers and return to the receptionist in the main office. This form will be routed to both our administrative and business offices to update your files.

Alumni(ae): Click on the Alumni tab and go to the Update Contact Information tab on the left. 

Or click on the Advancement tab on our website, then click on the Alumni Association link, then click on the RogerBaconAlumni.com tab to be directed to the alumni on-line community. If you already have an email account at the website RogerBaconAlumni.com, enter your username and password and click on the Modify Your Account tab to update your information as needed. If you do not have a current account, please go to Register Now tab and create an account. This will allow you to input all of your current alumni(ae) information for our files.

You can help Roger Bacon High School by generously sharing your gifts of time, talent and treasure.

Time: Be sure to fill out your Parent Volunteer Form annually so that we can call upon you for assistance with mailings, events, committees, and administrative support. Your ongoing support of our programs and events is greatly appreciated.
