Transfer Process

Students interested in transferring to Roger Bacon High School for the second semester will be considered beginning December 1. Mid-year transfers are scrutinized carefully, with priority given to students whose families are moving into Cincinnati or students from another parochial school. In March transfer students may apply for admissions for the following school year.
Applicants for transfer are admitted at the discretion of the administration after careful review of all materials. Any student wishing to be considered as a transfer student to Roger Bacon High school must complete the following.
- Contact Mr. Coyle at (513)641-1300 or at dcoyle@rogerbacon.org
- Complete a Prospective Student Form
- Provide transcripts and records from previous schools attended
- Submit PSAS form to be considered for any financial aid (1st priority is given to students that apply by the December 1, 2008 deadline)
- After reviewing transcripts / records, some students may be required to take a placement test to help determine placement and admissions to Roger Bacon High School
- Personal interview may be required
- Submit additional materials as requested
Once a student is accepted to Roger Bacon High School, a registration packet will be mailed. A student will not be accepted until Roger Bacon High School has received all of the necessary materials. It is the transfer students’ responsibility to have their current school send records to Roger Bacon High School.
