| November 15, 2008 | Test Registration Deadline |
| November 22, 2008 | 8th Grade Scholarship/ Placement Test, 8:00 a.m.- 12:45 p.m. |
| November 25, 2008 | PSAS forms mailed to all prospective 8th graders (Financial Aid Forms) |
| December 1, 2008 | PSAS (Financial Aid Forms) must be completed |
| December 19, 2008 | Application for admissions due |
| January 9, 2009 | Acceptance letters, Financial Aid & Scholarship packets mailed |
| January 23, 2009 | Registration Begins |
| March 10, 2009 | Course Selection / Parent Welcome Meeting |
| August 2009 | Begin High School Career at Roger Bacon High School |
