  • Monday, September 9th is your Freshmen Koinonia Day. “Koinonia” means a “community of faith.” The whole day is dedicated to building community together and discovering the connection of faith with service. Freshmen will be in your freshmen community with your senior leader. While there may be many questions, please come with a sense of openness…and it will be a great day. Here are things you need to know:
    • We will remain on RB campus for the school day.
    • The day will be the normal hours.
    • You will have no classes. Therefore, no need to bring backpacks, books or your iPad. If need be, keep stuff in your locker.
    • Bring a clear, plastic, water bottle.
    • You DO need to bring your own lunch. Lunch will NOT be available for you in the cafeteria.
    • Friday morning, go to your first bell class with your lunch for attendance and announcements. Instructions will be given over the PA.
    • Bring lunch to first bell class.
    • There will be outdoor activities that involve physical games (walking, short running, carrying, etc).
  • On Tuesday, September 10th Roger Bacon will be hosting the Jesuit Excellence Tour. Ten Jesuit colleges from around the country will be here to meet with interested students during flex. We will be hosting:

It will give you more time to talk one-on-one with the college reps and avoid the long lines at the registration tables! Please take advantage of this great opportunity!
