St. Bonaventure Pilgrimage

St. Bonaventure Pilgrimage

The St. Bonaventure Pilgrimage is for Roger Bacon students who are open to the possibility of continuing their Franciscan education and formation into college. Founded in 1858 in the interest of promoting Catholic-Franciscan education, St. Bonaventure University continues to pursue academic excellence through personalized attention that reflects the Franciscan tradition of valuing human relationships. To that end, Roger Bacon High School has partnered with two other Franciscan high schools – Padua Franciscan (Cleveland, OH) and Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN) – for this collaborative college visit.

This visit to St. Bonaventure University is set within the spiritual experience of a pilgrimage. From the beginning of the Christian faith, pilgrims journey to holy places to experience change within themselves. Any junior or senior wishing to grow in faith, learn more about a Franciscan college and participate in community is welcome to submit their application to the Office of Spiritual Life by September 15, 2017. There are only 15 slots available. Click below for an application and information sheet.

For addition information about this Franciscan Pilgrimage, please e-mail Ms. Pam Rosfeld at prosfeld@rogerbacon.org or Father Roger Lopez, OFM at rlopez@rogerbacon.org.
