Transfer Students

We believe it is important for parents and students to find a high school that fits them best. When this happens, students get involved, perform better in the classroom, and have a more enjoyable high school experience.

Roger Bacon High School accepts qualified sophomore, and in some exceptions, junior transfer students. Transfer criteria would be that the student is in very good academic standing, and has had no disciplinary issues at their previous school. Transfer students are accepted in the spring to begin in the fall of the following school year. In some rare instances, a student may be accepted in the winter, after fall semester, to begin in the spring.

Please note that admission to Roger Bacon is very competitive, especially with our capped enrollment and very high rate of retention. Transfers are subject to available space in the respective class.

Candidates seeking to transfer to Roger Bacon must:

1 Register for a SpartanLink Account

Creating a SpartanLink account provides access to our online application portal. Parents and students will be able to:

  • Complete application
  • Review Available Shadow Dates and Schedule a Shadow Day
  • Communicate with the Admissions Office
  • Review the status of applications
  • View upcoming admission and school related events

Once you complete the SpartanLink Registration Form you will be emailed a username and instructions on how to login, usually within one business day.
